- Sunbathing non-stop under the sky that won't make up its mind.
 - Snorkeling under the rain at the beautiful albeit eerie and mysterious Pescador Island.
- More snorkeling at the coral and fish sanctuary just 5 minutes off Bas Daku. Too bad no one in the group brought an underwater camera. The boyfriend kept pestering me to place my PoGo in an underwater pack but I love my PoGo so much I didn't even dare take the risk of getting it wet and damaged. Ha!
 - Why does our appetite increase exponentially when we're at the beach? Blame it on good food, the fresh ocean breeze, and the company of funny people.
 - Drunk boyfriends enjoying a night of loud music and incoherent conversations while the girlfriends slept early  (ooopps forgot to document this!)

I was dead tired and my whole body was aching from all the snorkeling that we did on the second day that I slept during the whole 3-hour ride going home. I was even down with fever two days after due to muscle pain.Blame it on the too tight life jacket which constricted my whole upper body.Nonetheless, the whole snorkeling experience was worth it, it's like there's a whole different world down there. Although it's scary when you swim in the abyss where there is no hint of light and all you could feel is your heart beating fast and like someone or something is gonna grab you or vacuum you into the depths of no return. The boyfriend kept telling me to not look down and just tread on the water to get to the boat. I am a swimmer but I'm telling you I'm afraid of the deep sea. hahaha

All photos were shot using Polaroid PoGo.

I love traveling because it is so liberating.
So I’m gonna do just that tomorrow with the boyfriend and a bunch of his college friends. The point of destination is Moalboal and a few side trips on the way. The last time this group had an escapade was summer of 2009. And to say I had a blast is an understatement.
Expect for an overload of photos when I come back.
For now, I’m gonna leave you with snippets of the vacay I had with the boyfriend 2 summers ago in the beautiful secluded paradise of Antulang.

Happy weekend, everyone!

L-R: Toni of Perfumed red Shoes, Gillian of By Details, Philip of Fashion Toy Gun, Dred of Dred Reveries, Gizelle of Vanilla Ice Cream, Vanessa East of One Frozen Margarita, & Eden of Chic in the Tropics

These are outtakes from the shoot we had with the very talented Cebu young fashion designer/photographer, Armand Alforque.
It was my first time to meet all of these lovely bloggers whom I had been friends with early this year.  i surely had a blast meeting all of them in person and initially all my qualms about them being complete strangers to me instantly evaporated the moment we discussed about our common love for fashion as a self-expression. Then it felt like  we've known each other for years. Such is the power of blogging and having to share not just one's clothes and shoes but importantly who we are as a person.
Looking forward to a lot more photoshoots, thrift hunting, and meet-ups with you guys!

My not-little-anymore sister, Rhea, has long been requesting me (bordering on coersion, really LOL) to shoot her some photos for her facebook. Yeah she is as vain as me, if not the vainest in the family. I was lucky to have borrowed the camera from the boyf last Saturday so she excitedly headed home from work to realize her much-awaited photoshoot. She also brought her officemate along. The weather was kind of gloomy so I suggested we postpone it coz shooting in low light is such a pain in the ass. But since she was already so excited and was blabbing about how i could just tweak it in photoshop, I had no choice but to oblige. And because this was so short notice, I had to rummage through my closet to come up with a look. We also had no time to look for a more suitable location, so i reckoned we'd just have it in a vacant area near the house. The junk made a good background, don't you think? Although one more hour in the area and we would have been bitten by dengue-carrying mosquitoes.haha

All clothes are vintage. Black booties from people r people. Grey booties from Mongkok. Vintage suitcase from my father.
